Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At JiMendez, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately and we will process a return address for you.

3. BelloFlex Limited Warranty

All BelloFlex mutes come with a limited warranty against deformation. If your BelloFlex mute deforms through normal use, simply send it back to us and we will send you a brand new replacement free of charge. Buyer is responsible for shipping and processing costs. This warranty does not cover tears, cuts, punctures, burns, intentional damage, misuse, or modifications. This warranty does not apply to Nimbus mutes.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer satisfaction-based refunds. We offer exchanges only — once the item has been returned and received, we will send you a replacement or alternative product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange to send you a new replacement once the damaged item is sent back to us.

7. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (sheet music, PDF scores, digital albums), all sales of digital products are final. Refunds are not available for digital downloads once the product has been delivered or accessed.

8. Custom & 3D-Printed Products

Custom and 3D-printed items (including MuteCap, MuteClip, BrassGutter, and similar accessories) are made to order. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or does not match the product description.

9. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Digital products after download or access
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
  • Items returned after the 15-day return window

10. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us before returning the original item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

11. International Orders

For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. There are no satisfaction-based refunds for international orders — only exchanges once the item has been returned.
